We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our Americas Leasing Advisory Finance team . The role is based in Chicago and requires minimum 3 days per week in office.
OVERVIEW
This role will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating corporate and strategic planning processes, monitoring financial performance, reporting financial and operational results, and improving financial systems. This candidate will work closely with Global Segment FP&A, Americas local finance teams, and US Leasing Business Leadership.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coordinate the AMR Leasing Advisory budgeting & forecasting process
- Continually enhance, improve, and streamline the budgeting & forecasting process
- Facilitate the 3 Year Plan strategic alignment by asset class including financial modeling
- Evolve and manage Monthly and Quarterly reporting: consolidation and strategic analysis of Regional financial and operating performance, including trends, business drivers, and variance analysis
- Serve as a liaison and partner to Global Leasing Advisory FP&A, local finance Leasing Advisory, and National Line Leads
- Ensure harmonization of financial results and key metrics across all reporting deliverables (deal stats, revenue per producer, cost ratios, etc)
- Drive improvements in reporting, analytics, and dashboards to support business leadership decision-making, including improvements to leasing pipeline tracking and analysis; implement best practices related to various ad hoc analyses
- Execute special projects with a focus on operational efficiency, long-range financial planning, and standardization across the regional reporting for AMR Leasing Advisory
- Manage a team with two direct reports
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or MBA a plus
- A minimum of 7-9 years relevant work experience with 3-5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a global professional services firm or similar environment
- Experience in large data sets and applying and using the latest finance and business intelligence technology – EPM, OneStream, PAX, Tableau, Smartview
- Experience in strategic planning and forecasting, including synthesis of internal and external data to drive recommendations and decision-making
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Financial modeling
- Strong communication, analytical problem-solving and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail but can also see the “big picture”
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High comfort level with executive-level professionals
- Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
- Comfort with ambiguity, including ability to shape complex problems into clear solutions

Estimated total compensation for this position:
120,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
