The Global Business Services unit supports BASF's business units with a cross-functional network and offers modern and needs-based solutions. As a specialized service unit, we stand for a high level of customer orientation and design our services in a cooperative, efficient and forward-looking manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In our Global Projects team, you will support the smooth running of projects from the Berlin hub.

• You will organize and record project meetings, create and maintain project plans, monitor compliance with deadlines, and present project status.
• As part of project management, you will communicate with the stakeholders involved and ensure the flow of information to and from project stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for the organization of training and testing as well as their smooth execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• completed studies in the field of economics or comparable commercial training  
• professional experience in finance and accounting as well as in-depth application knowledge in MS Office and SAP/R3  
• very good German and English skills, another foreign language is a plus
• independence, commitment and communication skills in dealing with different hierarchical levels
