What your responsibilities will be

 

• Support the development of health economic models and develop reimbursement activities with key internal and external stakeholders to drive access and implement in value dossiers
• Develop relevant Market Access materials for payer engagement to support affiliates for optimal access with pricing, payer and market access research and develop customized product value propositions
• Ensure alignment of local P&MA strategy to European and Global Market Access Strategy
• Collaborate and align cross-functionally with relevant internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, the needs and requirements for the P&MA strategy and execution for payer engagements
• Support the development and execution of these pricing, reimbursement and access strategies across different channels and EU territories
• Data search analyses and market research to support MA/HEOR plans
• Monitor the Health Care Environment and competitive landscape in order to establish winning pricing strategies and tactics

• Minimum 3 years in an international position
• MBA/Post-graduate in health economics
• Knowledge of global regulatory and HTA landscape
• Extensive experience on working with external sources of information to help taking decisions.
• Experience in developing marketing strategies and methodologies.
• Strategic thinking and planning and business analytics skills, realizing the financial consequences of decisions in maintaining desired profitability of assigned product/franchises.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including persuasive capacity. Business acumen and ability to work in a matrix environment including effective management of priority conflicts.
• Preferable, experience of international pricing and experience of driving projects
