Oncology is a major priority and constitutes a strategic focus for the Pierre Fabre Group.</p><p></p><p>The internal R&amp;D pipeline, supplemented with future external opportunities, will be central in shaping the future orientation of Pierre Fabre Medical Care.</p><p></p><p>We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Discovery Expert Therapeutic Biologics to join our growing oncology drug discovery group supervised by the Head of Drug Discovery.</p><p></p><p>The candidate will contribute, with internal and external partners, to project proposals and innovative approaches in the field of antibody/biologics discovery to deliver high quality optimized drug candidates.</p><p></p><p>The location of the position will be Toulouse, with high flexibility in terms of commuting from France/Europe and home office.</p><p></p><p></p><h1></h1><h1>Who you are ?</h1><p></p><h1></h1><p>Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field with 15+ years of drug discovery experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment</p><p></p><ul><li>Ability to evaluate, lead and manage innovative approaches for therapeutic biologic development</li></ul><ul><li>Thorough understanding of the biologics drug discovery process from target identification and validation to preclinical proof-of-concept and transition to clinical development</li></ul><ul><li>Extensive experience with cutting-edge antibody design (mono and multi-specific, innovative formats) and discovery technologies</li></ul><ul><li>In-depth knowledge and technical expertise of a broad spectrum of therapeutic modalities in biologics, including in Antibody-Drug-Conjugates</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent English written and oral, presentation and communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Great leadership skills and experience working in dynamic multidisciplinary environment</li></ul><ul><li>Self-motivated and collaborative with ability to work on multiple projects with multi-disciplinary teams and external partner</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>We are convinced that diversity is a source of fulfillment, social balance and complementarity for our employees, which is why our offers are open to all, without restriction.</p>
