Salary Range:

$131,000.00 - $170,000.00

What’s the role?

We are looking for a Financial Systems Integration Manager who is flexible and adaptable; customer focused and thrives in a fast-paced environment to own the overall Finance systems integration strategy and end-to-end deployment of integrations across all financial systems (i.e. Workday, Coupa, Blackline) for Ety’s House of Brands.

As the Financial Systems Integration Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and enhance the finance integrations practice, helping our business users automate & scale their growing operations.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Systems & Solutions and Finance Transformation. This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. What does the day-to-day look like?

• Lead the end-to-end deployment (design, build, test) and ongoing maintenance of financial systems integrations across a wide array of functional areas (ERP, procurement, treasury/banking, analytics, FP&A, etc.))

• Act as a technical advisor to internal teams regarding finance integration solutions (Workday, Coupa and other financial system APIs), integration & data security, integration development guidance and standard methodologies

• Evaluate current integrations, advise & implement improvements and/or efficiencies in coordination with business partners

• Identify opportunities for enhancement of existing integrations, development of new integrations and/or custom layouts and personalized statements using BIRT

• Create and maintain proper documentation, following standard change guidelines to meet Etsy’s internal and external audit controls

• Own impact & risk analysis, configuration and testing of critical changes from our financial systems scheduled release cycles

• Build scalable integration monitoring operations for error handling and communication of integration failures and resolution

• Assist with system admin duties, as needed

Qualifications

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:

• 4+ years of experience as a technical lead for building and maintaining Workday integrations with a focus on FIN integrations (Workday Financials, including areas but not limited to Procurement & AP, Banking, General Ledger, Payroll, Internal IT applications, Account Provisioning)

• Experience with Workday Studio, Workday BIRT, Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Calculated Fields, Workday Report writer, XML, XSLT.

• Demonstrable ability to lead integration scoping & design, configuration (both integrations & business process re-engineering), testing, and production migration and monitoring

• Deep understanding of Workday core FIN functional areas, related data elements & structure, business process framework, security, and report writer

• Experience working with Coupa, Big Query, Blackline, Planful, Simple Legal, JPM Banking, Adyen, Oanda, Okta, DocuSi
