Operations Senior Analyst

The Operations Senior Analyst supports key operational initiatives by executing delegated responsibilities within the Operations Management function. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, supporting program and project implementation, and contributing to departmental goals and planning efforts. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities to streamline processes across departments, support business operations through reporting and data analysis, and ensure operational workflows are executed effectively. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Essential Functions:

  • Support operational programs and projects, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve and streamline operational processes and procedures across departments.
  • Contribute to department planning efforts and operational initiatives.
  • Assist with business processing activities, service-level monitoring, and reporting.
  • Prepare and review operational documents, reports, and key business records.
  • Gather, analyze, and distribute operational reporting to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Perform pricing configuration activities and support related operational processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational initiatives.
  • Analyze and validate data to ensure claims are adjudicating accurately and in accordance with established requirements.
  • Monitor production performance and ensure operational targets and service levels are achieved.
  • Maintain effective processing controls to support operational accuracy and compliance.
  • Anticipate business needs and proactively address potential issues.
  • Resolve non-routine issues and escalations, providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.
  • Complete day-to-day operational responsibilities independently while leveraging available resources and expertise when needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience; direct Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working with healthcare, pharmacy, claims, or operational processes.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business partners.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 54,100 - 90,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
