Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as an Investment Banking Associate or related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:
• creating and analyzing financial models
• assessing credit risk
• developing investment memoranda to provide debt capital for leveraged buyout, refinancing, repricing, and dividend recapitalization transactions
• negotiating credit terms
• conducting operation and financial due diligence for internal committees on credit and reputational risk
• assembling leverage views on financing structures
• preparing financial Leveraged Buyout (LBO) models
• advanced accounting
• preparing marketing materials including lender presentations, private supplements, bank books, and rating agency presentations

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $225,000 to $230,000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
