Right now is an exciting time to join a team that is applying machine learning and cutting-edge microservices to further its development. </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>As UX and Interface (f/m/d) </strong>you have strong experience to turn feature requirements into useful and intuitive designs for digital products that provide a great experience to your users.</p><p>Your responsibility will be to:</p><ul><li><p>Establish <strong>design patterns </strong>and <strong>systems</strong> according to our brand identity and guide the discussion about it with the UX and frontend team.</p></li><li><p><strong>Drive a state-of-the-art remote UX process </strong>ranging from user research / design thinking to wireframing, hypothesis-testing to developer handoff.<strong> </strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Collaborate</strong> with both with our customers, head of product and engineers to test, build and deliver a delightful user experience for our B2B customers.</p></li><li><p>Drive <strong>designs </strong>in the marketing team</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ol><li>You want to have <strong>customer impact</strong>. Must have experience working with B2B products.</li><li>You <strong>excel</strong> how to work <strong>remotely</strong> (proactive, reliable through commitment, driven by empathy, be fun and stay human).</li><li><p>You have a <strong>strong track-record</strong> of using <strong>Figma</strong> at scale (components, prototypes, ... animations a plus).</p></li><li><p>You are a <strong>builder</strong> with <strong>empathy</strong>, a <strong>creative</strong> <strong>problem solving mindset </strong>and very strong <strong>curiosity to learn</strong>, especially a willingness to <strong>understand the customer’s problems</strong>.
