What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Provides project management support to leaders and team members.
  • Assists with and supports team planning, execution, monitoring progress, and delivering end results.
  • Collaborates across teams to ensure alignment.
  • Assesses situations, gathers appropriate information and input, and makes recommendations to leaders.
  • Ensure quality customer service and professional representation of the team and the department.
  • Manage schedules/calendars, coordinate meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for leaders. 
  • Accurate data entry of report information. 
  • Accurate entry and completion of time, attendance, and payroll for staff on behalf of leaders. 
  • Creation of PowerPoints for various projects. 
  • Strong ability to multitask. 
  • Process invoices and handle inquires as appropriate. 
  • Manage work with basic guidance and direction. 
  • Address basic administrative and technical issues when they arise.

What You Will Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • A Clinical license and/or other clinical certification.
  • 0-3 years of experience is required.
  • Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
  • Experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions is required.
  • A Strong proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
