We are looking for an Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our Great Lakes Region (OH, MI, IL, WI, IN) reporting to the director of Regional Sales - Great Lakes. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to support sales and customer needs.   • Generation of leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
  • Manage several opportunities in the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales process
  • Conduct customer interactions, including calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and address inquiries
  • Provide accurate and timely product/service information to customers/prospects
  • Increase customer engagement metrics, including response rates, meeting attendance, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Compliance, and Legal to support sales and customer needs
  • Align sales initiatives with company objectives through effective coordination and communication
  • Reduce turnaround time for sales collateral development through streamlined processes and efficient project management
  • Create customized sales presentations/proposals to support field sales efforts
  • Maintain a library of collateral materials in Highspot, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible for field sales representatives
  • Increase engagement metrics of sales collateral in Highspot
  • Conduct monthly market research activities, such as competitor analysis and trend identification to provide insights for sales strategy development
  • Utilize 6sense and usergem data to identify potential opportunities or market trends
  • Present findings from market research activities to the Sales team, contributing to 1x funnel and sales strategy effectiveness
  • Ensure customer records in the CRM software are accurate and up-to-date
  • Monitor personal Sales activities in Clari
  • Generate monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends for analysis and decision-making
   What you'll bring:    
  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound quota-carrying sales environment positioning a service, networking, or cyber security solution
  • Experience with SaaS applications, deployments, and migration to cloud services; DNS, DHCP, and IPAM experience is a plus
  • Excellent inside sales and telephone selling skills are a must
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Clari, and Salesforce.com
  • Outstanding organizational, oral, and written communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle up to 6 different field reps throughout the week
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
  • Superb relationship building internally as well as with customers, prospects, partners, and distribution
  • Understanding of the sales process, and experience with MEDDPICC a plus
  • Understanding of channel leads organizational structure

  • Assist in managing existing customer business review that leads to new opportunities
  • Assist in forecasting an accurate commit
