If our purpose-driven commitment inspires you, we invite you to consider joining our team.As a Client Success Manager in our Emerging Investor Team, you'll provide objective, fee-based advice, with a specific focus on a needs-based discovery process with prospective clients and delivery of a plan to help meet their financial goals. With that planning process, you will be responsible for identifying additional opportunities with clients and consolidating assets under the EFE relationship. This is a planning and relationship building role, with a strong sales component. We are a fiduciary and neither the firm nor our advisors seek or accept financial incentives or third-party compensation for any of the investments or recommendations we offer our clients.We are looking for an experienced Financial Advisor with a consistent track record of goals-based financial sales. If you can effectively evaluate client situations, analyze their needs, develop and present a compelling set of recommendations, and establish effective relationships, this may be the opportunity for you!Responsibilities:
- Serve the client's best interests, providing outstanding financial advice guidance
- Effectively evaluate client situations and analyze their needs
- Develop and present a compelling set of recommendations
- Adept at building positive relationships with clients
- Nurture opportunities over time and see them through to completion
- Skilled at influencing clients to improve their financial well-being
- 4+ years’ experience in a direct client-facing role in a fee-based wealth management or financial advisory organization
- Results driven approach with a consistent track record to form relationships
- Desire for role with base salary, performance-based compensation and growing earnings potential
- Must possess an active Series 65 or will be required to obtain it within the first three months of employment
- A Clean U-4
- A Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) or other certification is desired but not required
