Compensation Details:

Pay Range of $90,000 - $100,000 Per Year + Incentive Opportunities

The Install Manager is expected to maintain a productive install schedule, multi-task, train and develop, along with keeping the install department productive and able to achieve set goals by the department.

What You’ll Do

- Training and development

• IS will spend 2-4 hour per day working on training and development

• Micro-skills training for 30/60/90

• Hands on field training for JA’s

• Hands on field training for leads

• Development of training classes

• Small trainings in L-10

• Will use forms to track progress

- Quality control visits

• IS will conduct a minimum of 5 QC visits per week and document

- Audits

• Start-up sheet audits

• Final payment form Audits

- Quarterly conversations

- Monthly scorecard conversations

- Install follow up visits

- Sales debriefs and walk throughs as needed

- Service debrief forms (install warranty)

• Coaching and feedback

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 10+ Years HVAC installation experience.

• HVAC training & certifications a plus.

• EPA Universal Certification Preferred.

• Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for several hours up to a full 8-hour workday.

• Talk and hear, both in person and by telephone

• Use hands repetitively to operate computers and standard office equipment.

• Reach with hands and arms lifting up to 30 lbs. 

• Close vision, distance vision 

• Answer the phone with the second ring.
