What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a front-end loader to feed raw materials into the plant efficiently and safely
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area around the pit and loading zones
• Communicate with team members to ensure continuous material flow
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
