Job Summary 

Our Bar Backs have a strong passion for excellence and deliver exceptional service to members and guests. They ensure high quality, cost-effectiveness, compliance, and inventory control for all food & beverage menu items served throughout the Club.

Day-To-Day

• Creating custom Member and guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the bars, service stations, storage areas, prep stations, and all other workstations assigned.
• Comply with all safety and health department procedures, company and/or departmental policies/procedures, and all state and federal liquor laws. Maintain Company Safety and Sanitation Standards.

About You

• One year of experience in Catering and Banquet, Bar operations, or foodservice related positions.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Adaptable to change - can solve problems through an open-minded and all-inclusive approach.
• Basic understanding of spirits, wine, beer, and other products offered.
• Knowledge of standard bar equipment, including dishwasher, slicers, coolers, ice machine, etc.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
• Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
