Position Summary
• Responsible for promoting, organizing, collecting quality improvement information.

Education
• Associate’s degree

Licenses and Certification
• Current Illinois RN License

Experience and Skills
• Technical Experience: 5 years

Role Specific Responsibilities

• Collects system-wide, hospital-based, and medical staff performance data and compares with internal and external sources
• Identifies potential quality issues and presents data to support findings
• Extracts and quantifies clinical information from comparative databases for reporting and monitoring quality of care
• Responsible for submitting and verifying quality abstracted data for the core measure sets and other quality data assigned
• Meets all required deadlines
• Responsible for all Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Clinical Reviewer (MBSCR) training, certification, data collection, submission, reporting, and collaboration with surgical and leadership teams (as assigned)
