Terms: Full-time permanent
Salary (CAD): $81,700 - $96,100 (Commensurate with experience)
This salary range reflects the expected starting salary based on qualifications and experience. This is not the full salary range for the position. Opportunities for growth within the full salary range are available in alignment with organizational policies and individual / organizational performance. The offer package provided to the successful candidate will be based on experience, qualifications and other relevant factors.

About The Role:

As the Diagnostic Imaging Staff Technologist, you will work within two dynamic teams: the ISO 15189 Plus™ Accreditation Program team and the Integrated Community Health Services Centre (ICHSC) Accreditation Program team.
With the ISO 15189 Plus™ Accreditation Program, you will be responsible to plan, coordinate and conduct assessment activities for diagnostic imaging accreditation. On the ICHSC team, you will support inspection and post-inspection activities. The role will also support assessor development by providing guidance to assessors and contributing to consistency in inspection documentation, with additional program support responsibilities as required.
The diagnostic imaging accreditation program is in a nascent stage and is witnessing immense potential for growth. In this role, you would also be responsible for market development and connecting with key opinion leaders to generate new business opportunities for the program.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordination of and participation in accreditation assessments.
• Review and analysis of submitted self-assessments and corrective actions.
• Review and adjust ICHSC Post Inspection reports and corrective actions for consistency and accuracy.
• Ensure non-conformance statements, corrective action expectations, and supporting evidence requirements are clear, accurate, and aligned with ICHSC standards.
• Review and revise accreditation requirements.
• Monitor the quality of accreditation processes and procedures and initiate process improvements.
• Attend regular staff meetings and meetings with advisors/consultants, stakeholders, and client personnel.
• Support ICHSC assessor development.
• Minimum 30% travel required.
• Support market development and generate new business opportunities.
Must Have Qualifications:
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience and knowledge in Diagnostic Imaging.
• Membership in good standing with a recognized regulatory or licensing body (professional college e.g. CMRITO).
• Bachelor’s degree and/or College Diploma in a healthcare related field.
• Technology savvy with excellent computer skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Desired Qualifications:
• Fluent in French and English (verbal and written).
• 1+ years of experience in business development.
