About This Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our Philadelphia or Harrisburg office. The successful candidate will assist the Commercial Sales organization by providing pre-sale and post-sale support to our top-tier customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Review plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions.
- Effectively and professionally communicate requirements with customers and internal teams.
- Adapt to customer specific requirements.
- Provide HVAC equipment selections, both new and replacements.
- Provide technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems to customers and their respective consulting engineers.
- Seek new business opportunities by responding to RFQ's for new and/or existing customers.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple functions, to maintain composure in fast-paced situations, and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Support Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators with new and existing accounts and the introduction of new products.
- Have a combination of excellent technical skills, be a self-starter, with strong business understanding, strong self-direction, and excellent. interpersonal/influencing skills to work across the Carrier organization and with customers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3+ Years of HVAC Industry Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC experience or knowledge of HVAC designs – Commercial Applied Equipment experience a plus.
- Sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication, and sense of ownership.
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to get along with both external customers and a multi-functional team of sales, engineering, manufacturing & marketing associates.
- Outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to prioritize multiple priorities.
- Unwavering customer service orientation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
