Consultant in Stroke/Care of the Elderly Medicine

Altnagelvin Area Hospital require a Consultant in Stroke Medicine/Care of the Elderly to work in the following Locum role:

Job Title: Consultant Stroke/COTE

Dates: to start ASAP for 6 months initially

Rota: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Plus 1 in 6 weekend ward rounds plus 1 in 6 thrombolysis on call

(Weekend ward rounds to include acute stroke, acute).

Location: Altnagelvin Area Hospital, Derry/Londonderry

Requirements

Valid GMC registration (specialist registration preferred but not essential)

- Right to Work in the UK

- 6 -12 months experience of at requested grade

- Experience of working as a Stroke Consultant in the UK or Ireland
