Overview: We’re looking for an exceptional individual experienced in Jr. Transaction Coordinator to join our successful Residential Real Estate start-up to support the growth of our single-Family portfolio. The Junior Transaction Coordinator is an important role providing leverage to the Manager, Closings & Transaction Management in completing initial residential purchase transactions, ensuring the accuracy in all closing documents and protecting the integrity of all purchases. You will have immediate impact through organizing documents and scheduling activities. We’d love to hear from energetic administrative professionals with an eye for detail who are experienced in handling high volumes of documentation and are able to work independently. The successful candidate will have a keen sense for streamlining processes, enjoy taking on new challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

The Role: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide administrative support to the Manager of Closing & Transaction Management,
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital closing binders, ensuring all required documents are accurate and accessible.
  • Track deadlines, manage task lists, and follow up on outstanding items to ensure transactions remain on schedule.
  • Review and validate transaction documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Handle other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Document and file management.
  • Perform heavy data entry.
  • Order and maintain flood certificates for builder guidance and checklist loans.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Min 1 year of proven experience in administrative support, real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Google Workspace, and document management systems.
  • Familiarity with real estate transactions, contracts, or closing processes is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.
  • Comfortable a fast-paced environment with high level of activity and significant interaction with internal and external contacts.
  • Initiative and resourcefulness in collecting information from varied sources. Ability to be politely assertive when requesting information, and to be thorough and tenacious in following-up.
  • Positive attitude, highly collaborative and collegiate
