Job Classification & Benefits:
C-4 Level. Minimum starting wage of $22.04 per hour

Essential Functions:
System administrator for confidential client information database. The database, Titanium, includes statistical reporting features, note keeping features, and an appointment scheduling system.
Configure Titanium to aid in the collection and reporting of client data and to efficiently schedule client appointments. Train, update, and monitor staff in accurate use of Titanium scheduling/data codes.
Coordinate, compile, and logically format statistical data, tables, and reports generated from Titanium, including the Center’s annual reports and other data driven projects.
Provide database support for staff, including maintenance and troubleshooting of the client database (Titanium); telehealth systems (Zoom); and session recording system (Zoom); Consult with technology support as needed.
Coordinate the purchasing, setup, basic maintenance, training, and inventory management of office technology to ensure that equipment is configured and operational for staff.
Monitor and reconcile department budgets; Oversee all purchasing functions; Project spending to accomplish year-end goals, provide timely updates to Director.
Prepare and oversee contracts with outside vendors (e.g., speakers, technology support).
Occasional front office reception and client scheduling as needed (e.g., when other support staff are on vacation or absent).
Disseminate information that may require explanation and interpretation of established university and school policies and procedures (e.g., confidentially of client records, UCC policies/procedures) and direct distressed individuals to sources of additional information and services.
Design, disseminate, collect, and compile results of client satisfaction surveys.
Hire, coordinate, and supervise UCC student workers.
