GARNEY CONSTRUCTION
As Garney's Human Resources Intern in North Kansas City, MO you will assist the payroll, benefits, and employee development teams in serving our employee-owners. To thrive in this role you will need to have a positive attitude and computer skills. This is a great chance to learn about many areas in the human resources department.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assisting the HRIS team with daily tasks
- Assisting the benefits team with preparing enrollment packets
- Assisting setting up an annual event that brings all employee owners together
- Assist recruiting team with onboarding tasks
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Computer skills are a must
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) would be preferred but not required
