About the role

Overview

You will join a team operating at the center of Microsoft’s most strategic and technically complex Government and industry partnerships. You’ll be part of a group that bridges deep product expertise with the realities customers face when deploying mission‑critical solutions across regulated and air‑gapped cloud environments. In this team, you will help shape how Microsoft responds to high‑visibility customer needs, clarify ambiguous requirements, and coordinate the right engineering and product leaders to accelerate outcomes. You will thrive here if you enjoy solving hard problems, influencing across organizational boundaries, and representing Microsoft with clarity, confidence, and credibility in front of some of our most demanding partners.

As a Product Manager in this role, you will lead strategic customer engagements where technical requirements are complex, stakes are high, and rapid clarity is critical. You will translate customer asks into actionable product needs, coordinate engineering teams across Microsoft to validate paths forward, and ensure escalations move from confusion to resolution with discipline and transparency. You will operate as the connective tissue between customers and product groups, helping partners understand what’s possible today and what can be engineered for tomorrow. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, develop deep cross‑Microsoft product and engineering acumen, and hone your ability to drive clarity and execution across highly technical organizations. Flexible work options are available, and you can work from home partially based on business needs.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
