The Change Management team will lead and support the ITSM Change Management process across the enterprise. The role involves facilitating the Change Management Process with focus on minimizing disruption to IT services and the business. The right candidate will have a firm grasp of the ITIL Change Management framework and adapt it to a fast-paced and dynamic enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
Establish/maintain/improve Change Management policies, processes and procedures.
Coordinate Change Management workflow including review, approvals, planning, escalation, follow-through, and closure.
Coordinate and manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings for assessments of proposed changes.
Regularly monitor and publish the forward schedule.
Ensure Change approvals/rejections are obtained in a timely manner.
Follow up on overdue changes to resolve issues and collaborate with QA, outsourced vendors and colleagues to write a justification or remediation as necessary to close changes.
Utilize the ITSM tool (ServiceNow) to monitor and track changes.
Ensure the Change Management process is facilitated by the ITSM tool.
Ensure people, process, and technologies are aligned to support corporate requirements for Change Management.
Prepare statistics, KPIs and trend reports for the change management process.
Responsible for Change Management process hand-offs between supporting ITSM processes.
Evangelize operations processes to other groups and encourage adoption.
Obtain, prepare and provide evidence of compliance of processes required during audits and reviews.
Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
ITIL V.3 Foundation required (expert certification preferred).
Experience with ITSM Tools, particularly ServiceNow.
Minimum 8+ years of experience working across the enterprise and leading change management.
Knowledgeable in using asset and configuration inventory reporting tools to perform change impact assessments.
Strong coordination, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
