Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Senior Director of Pricing Strategy to lead pricing strategy and execution across our residential and commercial pest control business. This role will be instrumental in optimizing pricing, improving price realization, and ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic vision, business acumen, analytical approach, and bias for action. This role will lead a high-performing team of pricing managers and analysts, providing strategic direction, coaching, and oversight to ensure consistent execution across both B2B and B2C pricing initiatives

Duties & Responsibilities

• Shape, develop and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy for B2C and B2B pest control services.

• Lead pricing design for new products, packaging, promotions, and expansion initiatives.

• Identify pricing opportunities and risks through in-depth analysis of competitive intelligence, customer segments, price elasticity, and performance trends.

• Partner cross-functionally to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with brand positioning, operational execution, and financial goals.

• Drive improvements in price realization through discount controls, margin leakage analysis, and sales enablement tools.

• Oversee pricing governance processes, including approval workflows, testing protocols, and performance measurement.

• Build and mentor a high-performing pricing strategy team.

• Leverage analytics to support automation, segmentation, and test-and-learn capabilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred.

• Certified Pricing Professional designation is a plus.

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or business analytics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Experience in a recurring revenue business is required; experience in pest control, home services, or similar subscription-based industry is a strong plus.

• A mix of B2C and B2B pricing experience is required, particularly in service-based industries.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling pricing functions in a matrixed organization.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in pricing tools, Excel, and business intelligence platforms.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Base Pay Range $164,000 - $231,500 / year

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
