Job Details:

The Crisis Assessment Team Leader is responsible for both direct patient care as well as clinical support and education to the Behavioral Crisis services staff that include Crisis Center, Bridge Crisis team, and Crisis Hotline. As well, the Team Leader will support the Manager of Crisis Services in administrative functions as indicated or assigned. The Team Leader will provide direct services to patients and families in the role of a Crisis Assessment or Intervention Specialist. The duties consist of care coordination, emergency behavioral health pre-screening, psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and referral management to patients and their families. The Team Leader will assist the Manager of Crisis Services as a clinical support and educator to the Behavioral Crisis Center team.

Department Specific Job Details:

  • full time, 36 hours
  • 3 (12) hours shifts per week
  • night shift, 8:00 PM - 8:30 AM
  • eligible for benefits and shift differential
  • serving the Crisis Center at the Mathile Center

Education Requirements:

Masters (Required)

Certification/License Requirements:

LISW - Licensed Independent Social Worker - Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board, LPCC - Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board
