YOUR JOB

• Supporting the department in interdisciplinary organisational projects with national and international scope
• Managing projects – from conception to implementation
• Independently developing possible/alternative courses of action and preparing corresponding recommendations
• Monitoring and coordinating deadlines with internal and external business partners
• Preparing strategy papers, project plans and presentations for the implementation of analyses, evaluations and events
• Actively monitoring project progress and milestones
• Managing individual project steps using relevant project management tools

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification 
• Practical experience in project management is desirable
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Analytical skills and an affinity for numbers
• Strong comprehension skills and a goal-oriented work approach
