Senior Project Support Specialist - Deadline 28/11/25

<p></p><p><strong>Tasks</strong></p><p>•  Arranging meetings and producing meeting minutes;</p><p>•  Set up and maintain project files;</p><p>•  Collect actuals data and forecasts;</p><p>•  Update plans;</p><p>•  Administer or assist the quality review process;</p><p>•  Administer or assist Project Board meetings;</p><p>•  Assist with the compilation of reports;</p><p>•  Contribute expertise in specialist tools and techniques;</p><p>•  Maintain the following records: Quality Register, Configuration Item Records, any other registers/logs delegated by the Project Manager;</p><p>•  Administer the configuration management procedure.</p><p><strong>Education Requirements</strong></p><p>Bachelor or Master Degree</p><p></p><p><strong>Minimum Experience Requirements</strong></p><p>•  Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, of which</p><p>•  Minimum 1 year experience in IT project support.</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills</strong></p><p>•  Experience in working within a project management office using PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management methodology;</p><p>•  PRINCE2 Foundation qualifications or an equivalent industry standard project management methodology;</p><p>•  Good knowledge of project management standards and techniques;</p><p>•  Knowledge/Usage of project management tools;</p><p>•  Good reporting methods;</p><p>•  Strong understanding of project management and support issues including managing risks, issues, quality, and actions logs;</p><p>•  Experience in using MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and the ability to utilise desktop applications;</p><p>•  Experience of taking minutes and actions in meetings, at all levels;</p><p>•  Experience in supporting multiple projects and project managers;</p><p>•  Experience in maintaining a configuration management system acting as configuration librarian;</p><p>•  Experience in creating templates for common project documentation;</p><p>•  Experience in the full end-to-end IT project life cycle.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Level : Senior</p><p>Delivery mode : Near Site (Strasbourg)</p><p>Deadline 28/11/25</p>
