ABOUT THE ROLE
The ISBN Marketing and Solutions (M&S) organisation is responsible for defining and showcasing the value of our world class solutions that help companies digitally run and make the best spend decisions. As Solution Specialist Product Enablement, you will be responsible for building solution capability knowledge for our internal customer success teams, driving consistent and up to date messaging on existing product capabilities and newly released.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, plan and implement a large language model for field enablement, working closely with relevant stakeholders to determine technical specifications, milestones, and scope
- Design, plan and implement an enablement “hub and spoke model” with product marketing as the hub and a global multiplier community to ensure repeatable and scaleable product enablement across the regions
- Act as the liaison between product marketing, customer success and SAP learning to ensure field enablement and accreditations are aligned with globally agreed red threads, global sales plays and integrated demand plans
- Plan, book and coordinate the timing of internal enablement sessions, such as product release golden sessions, learn to win weeks
- Organize loading of the golden session assets to the ISBN Hub following the session delivery
- Work with Product Marketing and Cross Functional marketing to update the L100 and L200 content at set refresh times
- Coordinate quarterly reporting on product marketing led enablement activities and the impact on TAM/SAM and SOM

WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Strong knowledge of SAP Procurement solutions, their business value and connectivity across the landscape
- Proven ability to identify and solve business problems
- Focus on customer centricity; understand their business goals and challenges; map solutions to those goals and in relief of the challenges
- Proven ability to build strong relationships at every level of the organization and understanding how to motivate and influence individuals outside of their direct span of control
- Ability to leverage internal SAP-network across the globe
- Willingness to work at both strategic and tactical levels
- Very good communication and presentation skills
