Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations and workflows associated with Client Financial Services, ensuring staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies and standards.
· Provide direction and support to staff according to an established education plan, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.
· Execute excellent customer service and professionalism while interacting with staff, vendors, payers, and clients.
· Ensure services are provided in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as organizational policies and accreditation/compliance requirements.
· Oversee the timely submission of all claims, maintaining compliance with policies and standards.
· Monitor the organization’s financial health by supporting daily accounts receivable reconciliation.
· Strategically manage accounts receivable of $20M+ to align with target goals.
· Conduct quality audits and meet with team members to evaluate productivity and quality standards.
· Assist in developing new-hire curriculum and planning ongoing professional development opportunities for staff.
· Manage employee performance, including conducting annual appraisals and providing constructive feedback when required.
· Ensure timely and accurate submission of staff timesheets.
