Description

The Department of Anesthesiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center is inviting applications for the high-profile role of Division Chief of Neuroanesthesiology.  We are seeking a nationally recognized academic leader with outstanding clinical acumen, excellence in education and research, and proven leadership skills, to effectively inspire, manage, mentor and develop faculty and staff, and to further the division’s success, growth, and international reputation.

Qualifications

All candidates should be Board-certified (or Board eligible) in Anesthesiology. Fellowship training in Neuroanesthesiology is preferred, but a strong candidate with clinical experience and keen interest in Neurosciences is welcome to apply. An applicant should qualify for the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, and be eligible for a license to practice medicine in the state of Tennessee.
