Senior Analyst, Order Management Systems

Key Responsibilities & Job Description:

• Create business intelligence tools or systems to support order management.
• Lead projects and project workstreams that will support enhancements and new capabilities for order management.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional business areas to achieve goals.
• Define and draft business requirements, define as-is and to-be business process flows, and analyze and reduce complexities in processes and systems.
• Support and be accountable for the success of the project to include business acceptance, quality, completeness, and following through on measuring the estimated project benefits.
• Leads end to end project development process.
• Research and analyze best practices for order management and fulfillment, business trends with customer focus.
• Work with the manager and project manager to provide updates on project status, issues, and roadblocks.
• Take the lead on new programs and initiatives for order management team.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.

6. Confluence
