The Global Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving profitable growth and contributing to the transparency of business results, highlighting underlying business drivers collaborating closely with Business finance leaders, while contributing to drive efficient reporting processes by unlocking the potential of digitalization. Communication skills are essential to drive high levels of accountability, engagement, and ability to find compromises with senior finance leaders. Agility and focus to constantly make the right choices balancing sense of urgency and planned deliverables. Multi-dimensional technical skill set developed through enriching past professional experiences in finance roles (audit, accounting, business controlling, reporting) is critical to successfully support discussions with Group finance leaders due to the wide range of technical topics involved. Your key responsibilities
- Reporting

- Support the Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in a vast array of reporting matters in link with M&A.
- Support for Group profitability reporting by BU from Sales to Adj. EBITDA (first time right, on time, in full) for Actuals and Forecasts.
- Identify issues arising from accounting processes distorting BU performance, in strong collaboration with FC&A (Financial Control and Accounting)
- Stakeholder Communication

- Nurture collaborative and efficient working platforms and two-way channels with the BU's (Business Units), FC&A and within Group FP&A.
- Support in the preparation of Exco and Board decks.
- Contribute to BU Actuals P&L Reviews to promote a transparent, collaborative, and insightful exchange with the BU's and Group FP&A.
- Budget & Forecasting

- Support global planning processes: monthly (RQE and RAF), yearly (Budget) and long-range planning
- Promote one version of the truth principle, navigating through a complex and non-integrated systems landscape.
- Safeguard quality and consistency of projected Income statement by BU by challenging assumptions and sharing insights.
- Process improvement

- Drive continuous improvement in existing processes and implement break through re-engineering initiatives for non-existing operating mechanisms linked to reporting.
- Sustainability catalyst role within the team (process documentation, goals connected to development areas and business priorities).
- Prepare autonomously sharp and reliable financial analysis linked to business performance optimization initiatives.

You bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in Audit, Business Controlling or Financial Planning and Analysis role(s) in an international environment.
- Professional experience working in a multinational environment
