This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between business goals, financial targets, and operational execution. This role requires close coordination with suppliers, manufacturing plants, logistics partners, BU and central functions to ensure a seamless supply chain operation.</p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>What kind of work will you be doing?</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>• Facilitate and lead the operational global SIOP process including meetings, managing agendas, action items, and ensuring alignment across all functional areas.</span></p> <p><span>• Manage the global demand consolidation across regions, BU’s and strategic platforms. producing a rolling 12-24 month estimate of unconstrained future demand in units.</span></p> <p><span>• Conduct scenarios to manage/prioritize backlog, capacity, growth, constraints, that support executive decision making.</span></p> <p><span>• Champion change to ensure companywide adoption of the SIOP process. </span></p> <p><span>• Mentor and develop a high-performing global SIOP team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.</span></p> <p><span>• Develop and implement global material planning strategies fo the assigned products lines.</span></p> <p><span>• Create and maintain global MPS plans based on demand, capacity, and inventory policies.</span></p> <p><span>• Monitor global inventory levels and coordinate local measures to optimize inventory days.</span></p> <p><span>• Identify and address potential shortages or excesses in inventory at global level, and deploy execution of action at local level.</span></p> <p><span>• Conduct regular inventory audits with regions</span></p> <p><span>• Utilize advanced planning software and tools for data-driven decision-making Use data analytics to drive continuous improvement in material planning processes.</span></p> <p><span>• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and demand teams to align material planning with overall business objectives.</span></p> <p><span>• Participate in cross-functional meetings to address material-related issues and develop solutions.</span></p> <p><span>• Support new product development and introduction processes by ensuring material availability.</span></p> <p><span>• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.</span></p> <p><span>• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material planning processes.</span></p> <p><span>• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.</span></p> <p><span>• Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving supply chain performance.</span></p> <p><span>20-30% travel mostly in US (approx. 1 week per month).</span></p> <p><span>                                             </span></p> <p><span><strong>Required qualifications:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>• University education in management, economics, engineering, or another technical field.</span></p> <p><span>• Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study in business logistics, engineering, supply chain, operations management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.</span></p> <p><span>• 10  years of work experience in similar position.</span></p> <p><span>• Excellent knowledge of process management and how to leverage data and software to support process.</span></p> <p><span>• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. </span></p> <p><span>• Advanced knowledge of excel.</span></p> <p><span>• Ability to travel 25% .</span></p> <p><span>• Preferred APICs or CPM certifications.</span></p> <p><span>• Excellent leadership skills.</span></p> <p><span>• Project management skills.</span></p> <p><span>• Previous experience with regional matrixed companies preferred.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Personality prerequisites:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>• Accuracy, consistency.</span></p> <p><span>• Interaction with all levels within the organization.</span></p> <p><span>• Ability to work in
