Responsibilities
Design and develop highly scalable inventory systems that support the traffic forecasting and allocation for all brand ad products.
Design and develop cross-ad products planning systems to predict the overall traffic with specific ads setting in the buying-stage.
Implement new ad solutions that will meet brand ads market needs and also continuously protect the user experiences on our platform.
Optimize the inventory system to improve the system stability and the computing efficiency.
Collaborate with strategy teams, product managers, and other key stakeholders to define products and drive initiatives from an engineering perspective.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related STEM field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related STEM field, and 2 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Implementing design features and functionality using C or C++;
Verifying and monitoring of distributed system using Python or C++, including end-to-end testing, compatibility testing, integration testing, stress testing, and failure ingestion testing;
Version control of codebase using Pipeline, Bash, or Git;
Working across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of back-end and cloud native projects; and
Maintaining and debugging software services.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $145000 - $250000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
