The Job:  

As a Senior Finance Manager, CGO FP&A, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Finance team working as a remote employee.    You’ll get to:  

• Oversees financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities for the Brand & Product (CGO) organization.
• Direct responsibility for analyzing data and drivers behind the results while articulating succinct summaries of performance including full P&L, Sales & SGM, comprehensive brand and category reporting.
• Lead a team of talented individuals in driving critical Finance cadences that impact business results (Month end close packages, NPD reporting, Tools & Outdoor Monthly business reviews, CGO Monthly business reviews, Key performance indicator reporting, etc.).
• Direct responsibility for the consolidated Tools & Outdoor Strat model, partnering cross-functionally with the CGO, Commercial, Operations, and Product Execution organizations.
• Spearhead continuous process improvements to facilitate speed in decision making, drive efficiency, improve analytics & reporting capabilities, and increase forecasting accuracy.
• Strong cross functional collaboration with Commercial and Product Execution organizations to ensure alignment and execution of NPD results.
• Support both CGO and T&O Executive presentations such as budget reviews, quarterly reviews, strategic planning, Board of Directors, etc.
• Frequent Ad hoc support for Brand & Product CFO and CGO Finance Leaders.

• BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics related degree.
• 7-10 years of finance experience.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, solid oral and written communicator, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work across all functions, generate solutions/recommendations to issues before topic is presented to management, and excellent computer skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP or their equivalent.
• Experience with process improvements and optimization a plus.
