Providence is seeking friendly and compassionate Clinical Student Interns to join our Sub Acute Care team at Providence St. Joseph Care Center in Spokane, WA. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
We are looking for On-Call Variable shifts.

This position assists the unit Nurses and Nursing Assistants in their day-to-day customer service aspects to enhance the overall patient experience. This position seeks to meet resident social and emotional needs through frequent interaction, activities, and non-clinical personal attention. Support of clinical staff with supplemental tasks to alleviates strain on clinical caregivers, allowing their time to be focused on provision of direct patient care.
Preferred qualifications:
- Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant upon hire
- 6 months Experience as an Home Health Aide.
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
