Job Title: Business Analyst and Scrum Master Location: Hybrid /Remote ( Location by preference US /Canada/Mexico) Working Hours: Aligned to EST Business Hours ________________________________________ Role Overview: We are hiring a Business Analyst to support for Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team during EST business hours. This role focuses on driving Agile delivery, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and translating business needs into actionable requirements and user stories, supporting delivery through Agile practices, and ensuring systems and workflows align with business goals. The ideal candidate combines analytical strength, systems understanding, and excellent communication skills. You’ll partner with product owners, developers, QA, and end users to define, refine, and deliver enhancements across multiple applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. • Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, prioratize and document business and functional requirements. • Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain and prioritize the Jira backlog. • Understand application functionality, integrations, and dependencies to support impact analysis and requirements documentation. • Act as the first line of support for new enhancement requests, translating the requests into existing capabilities or writing requirements for new capabilities.
