Job Description

As a successor to the Associate Survey (AS+), Bosch is currently working on the impact: feedback landscape. The aim of impact: is to establish focused methods to obtain short-cycle feedback on strategy, culture, and transformation (impact:strategy), leadership behavior (impact:leadership), and experienced collaboration (impact:team), as well as on experiences as a Bosch associate at important moments in one's career (impact:experience).

The IT backbone of impact: Platform is SAP Qualtrics (Cloud based solution).

In our team, we take the responsibility of M&S related topics for our HR IT systems from the global application specialist perspective that oversees the activities all around the world and deliver the outcome to help the HR professional in their decision making processes.

Our team is looking for a Project Manager - SAP Qualtrics to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate Operations and Support non-HR related survey projects run on SAP Qualtrics;
• Analyse and provide solution to the users if local experts cannot solve;
• Ensure tasks are completed as scheduled and reports are available to project manager;
• Support project management activities during ongoing development and roll-out´s;
• Review and set up of new projects on SAP Qualtrics;
• Support on further development of existing modules;
• Support in coordinating Maintenance & Support activities with the team in India;
• Support local teams through any necessary testing.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Informatics or any comparable technical background.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working with virtual and international teams.
• Logical, structured, proactive approach to IT solutions.
• Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment.
• Proficiency in using MS office tools.
• Experience with SAP tools is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset.
