Join the founding team to support a new employer-sponsored 24-hour onsite child care&nbsp; client center and help build the high-quality program children deserve while pursuing your own professional growth and development.</p> <p>About The Role</p> <p>As an Assistant Teacher, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the Head Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum through play, exploration, and daily routines</p> </li> <li> <p>Help maintain compliance with state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and ratio requirements</p> </li> <li> <p>Supervise children and support daily activities including meals, rest time, and transitions</p> </li> <li> <p>Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members</p> </li> <li> <p>Support classroom organization, cleanliness, and documentation as required</p> </li> <li> <p>Step into classroom coverage as needed to maintain proper ratios</p> </li> </ul> <p>Apply Today If You:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Enjoy working with young children and supporting their growth and development</p> </li> <li> <p>Have experience in early childhood education or a related field (preferred but not required, depending on state guidelines)</p> </li> <li> <p>Meet or are eligible to meet state requirements for child care staff in a licensed program</p> </li> <li> <p>Are willing to complete required background checks and pre-service training in accordance with state regulations</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude</p> </li> <li> <p>Have strong communication and interpersonal skills</p> </li> </ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <p>Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Our educators earn competitive compensation based on level of education and experience.
