Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize facility areas, focusing on high-traffic, high-touch points.
• Service, clean, and restock restrooms.
• Gather, sort, and empty trash to the outside dumpster and recycling area.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Clean counters and tables.
• Clean and restock coffee bars, including specific coffee machine processes.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum building floors.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Notify managers of any building repairs, leaks, or facility incidents.
• Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, and chairs for on-site events.
• Print and distribute materials as directed by the event team.
• Assist with catering setup and breakdown.
• Perform the general cleaning of elevators.
• Maintain rooftop patio daily by removing/installing furniture covers, remove trash and wipe down plants as needed.
• Check and restock kitchens with utensils, plates, cups, drinks, and snacks.
• Load and unload dishwasher.
• Clean appliances such as toasters and microwaves.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies and elevators.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs.
• Monitor building security and report any suspicious activities or safety concerns.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address larger facility issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
• Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment

Estimated total compensation for this position:

41,900.00 – 44,500.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
