You’ll be trained in:Customer Experience

• Deliver friendly, fast service 
• Help customers build outfits and find deals 
• Educate customers on how to sell to us 

Operations

• Merchandise, tag, and restock inventory 
• Maintain a clean, efficient store 
• Support buy counter and checkout flow
• Keep the sales floor fresh and organized 

Leadership Growth (based on performance)

• Take on shift leadership responsibilities 
• Closing/Opening Tasks

Retail/resale experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people.
