Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Full Time/Benefit Eligible
Company: Sonic Anatomic Pathology
- Develops and enforces departmental policies/procedures on servicing clients and quality management
- Documents the client’s concerns and the resolution on an incident report, maintains an incident log of all cases, and generates reports for management
- Proactively monitors the delivery and receipt of pathology reports
- Prepares send out requests and enters send-out results for pathologist review
- Conducts client surveys, analyzes results, and provides recommendations to improve quality and client satisfaction
- Advises the client service team on investigating and resolving client concerns related to specimen pick-up, pathology reports, supplies, quality and turnaround time
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- A minimum of six months experience in customer service or medical office/healthcare setting
- Requirements:
Must be competent in Microsoft office software
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of laboratory policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of medical terminology
