Weekend Account Coordinator
CLM MidwestAbout the role
Description
CLM Midwest is a regional commercial facility maintenance contractor with a local presence who partners with some of the nation's leading retail, convenience store, and restaurant brands. We are a long-established, self-performing company that provides install, break/fix, and emergency services. This career opportunity is available as our new and current client base has expanded this year needing additional coverage.
The weekend account coordinator is responsible for servicing the relationship between CLM and our clients. The person in this role is a key player in the partnership and solutions we provide. Continuous 24/7 service, problem solving, and communication with key facilities stakeholders makes our team the "go-to" vendor for keeping their locations safe, functional, and maintained. Our weekend account coordinators also work closely with internal technician dispatch and vendor dispatch teams to tie the work order process together start to finish. The focus of this role is client facing communication and operations. Successful candidates must have strong people and communications skills, be organized and business conscious, and be able to work in a fast-paced commercial maintenance environment. Common sense and decisive decision making for prioritizing and triaging work orders is key in this role (ie. broken plumbing flooding a restroom or car strike damage takes precedence over non-emergency work orders).
In regard to the weekend schedule for this position, we have some latitude to work together on a schedule that fits best for both your needs as well as our teams - either part time or full time. Our weekend account coordinators play an important role in handing off pending work orders to the evening and weekday teams. Some example schedules include:
Two 12's: Sat-Sun
