While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

In this role, you will be a vital support to our platform leadership team at Coinbase, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication within the team. You will leverage your experience working with Executives in product/engineering to understand their priorities and manage their time effectively, while utilizing your strong organizational skills to manage tasks within large teams. A positive attitude and adaptability will be essential as you navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also be part of a centralized EA/EBP team and will work crossfunctionally with other Coinbase EAs, providing support and coverage for the team.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Supporting two VPs of Engineering
• Heavy scheduling, working with large engineering teams of engineers 
• Prioritizing hiring for Exec for a growing team
• Knowing Infra’s priorities and making judgements calls on Exec’s behalf.

• Eagerness to dive into technical side of the engineering team
• No job too small + proactive self-starter who builds relationships quickly in a remote work environment with large teams
• Positive energy & super adaptable
• Time zone flexibility

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).Pay Range: $117,385—$138,100 USD
