Job Description

This role will enable the creation and evolution of powerful digital client-facing tools to support the positioning of our growth products across Treasury & Payment Solutions, Payment Services, and the Bank. This Specialist will own several high impact digital initiatives that will benefit sales staff efficiency, enhance client satisfaction, and improve multi-product penetration across the enterprise. The Specialist is expected to support stakeholders while also advising them on best practices for tool, processes, and client engagement. This role will be responsible for having a primary focus on creating strategic marketing collateral.

This individual must demonstrate a proven ability to craft impactful presentations using engaging visuals, effective page layouts, and design elements that captivate audiences and strengthen product associations. 

This Specialist will display exceptional inclusive partnership skills and clear-thinking abilities to coordinate efforts across technology, product management, sales, implementations, marketing, product partners, clients, external vendors, and others. The initiatives will allow our clients to interact with our collective product capabilities across the Bank in an engaging and satisfying manner, while extending reach for our sales staff and decreasing the cost of client acquisition. This Specialist will mobilize resources to allow for agile development while also ensuring constant feedback from key stakeholders.

The need for strategy with these digital initiatives continues to grow and requires an ambitious forward-thinking resource to devise and execute the strategies to be successful both, today and in the future. The Specialist will support client-facing materials like flipbooks and presentations.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Typically four or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit

  • Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders

  • Good understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures

  • Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results

  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Ability to work as part of a project team

  • Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
