Join our Venice Family Clinic and make a difference in the community as a Program Manager for Special Projects. The Program Manager will report to the Director of Program Management and will receive guidance and direction from the Chief Operations Officer. In this role, you will provide leadership and support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of special initiatives and projects for our Venice Family Clinic.
Other Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing the organization’s current priority and special projects, including construction or renovation projects, diabetes program, general medical program, and related projects to support effective operations and substantially transform the quality of care provided to our community.
- Facilitating the development, implementation and maintenance of key projects to support achievement of Venice Family Clinic's strategic goals.
- Serving as project manager and facilitator across the organization, working closely with internal and external stakeholders of projects.
- Gather information/data and preparing reports to evaluate project and/or program effectiveness.
- Managing a portfolio of multiple, multi-faceted projects.

Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $68,800 - $141,000 Annual. The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is about $68,800 - $80,000 Annual.
