The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $20.00 - $25.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Dematic is looking to fill the position of Facilities Support (1st Shift) at our Memphis, TN Warehouse. Join our proactive team and help in the upkeep of our premier facility!

What You Will do in This Role:

• General cleaning of all areas in the warehouse
• Sweep assigned floors
• Dispose of trash and cardboard into the compactor
• Keep work areas clean of all debris, which may include the operation of equipment
• Collect and break down wooden pallets
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
• Be flexible in other duties as assigned by the supervisor

What We are Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• Proven ability to safely operate material handling equipment
• Ability to lift material weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be flexible and willing to complete all assigned tasks
• Comfortable cleaning high and low places in a warehouse environment
• This role will require you to be constantly on the move for 8–10-hour shifts
