We’re seeking a Director, Marketing, to join our growing team.
The Director, Marketing leads the strategic project execution, program management, and operational excellence across the marketing function for an assigned channel. This role enables cross-functional alignment, supports executive decision-making, and implements the use of AI-productivity tools to improve team effectiveness and scalability.

How you’ll make us better:

• Lead strategic projects end-to-end, including pilot design, executive readouts, and post-mortem analysis
• Produce executive-grade deliverables for leadership
• Partner with the VP, Marketing to help organize priorities, track commitments, surface risks, and focus on high-impact tasks
• Lead program management of high-priority marketing initiatives, holding owners accountable to commitments and outcomes
• Monitor the pulse of change across the marketing function, tracking major conversion points and the volume of change in flight
• Ensure critical dependencies are managed and coordinated so the organization can absorb change without compromising execution
• Frame complex problems for executive decision-making
• Manage dependencies, involve stakeholders, and coordinate decision-making processes
• Design and run the operating cadence of the marketing function, including meeting summaries, business reviews, and planning cycles
• Ensure information flow to key individuals and facilitate executive meetings
• This role requires use of approved AI tools to perform assigned tasks more efficiently and effectively

Prerequisites for success:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
• Six (6) years of progressive experience in marketing program management, marketing operations, business operations, or marketing strategy required
• Experience supporting senior executives and producing executive-grade deliverables for C-suite or board audiences required
• Experience managing or supporting budgets required
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools
