Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive marketing strategies in the pharmaceutical sector. In this pivotal role, you will shape brand positioning, lead cross-functional campaigns, and contribute to our mission of delivering life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. Key responsibilities:

• Drive Customer Engagement: Execute customer engagement strategies to enhance the company's competitiveness in Germany.

• Marketing Team Leadership: Lead the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Foster collaboration and innovation, and support professional development.

• Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for the company's product portfolio, aligned with company objectives.

• Omni-channel Marketing: Design and execute fully integrated, omni-channel marketing strategies to drive personalized customer engagement and ensure ongoing evaluation (closed-loop)

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to shape and execute the omnichannel and digital strategy, enhancing the HCP experience and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Customer Experience: Continuously enhance customer experience across all touchpoints and establish relevant services and partnerships with stakeholders.

• SFE Strategies: Facilitate fast and effective implementation of new SFE strategies within the cluster.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams who touch critical commercial processes (e.g., Sales Lead, Medical, Market Access) to ensure coordinated execution across roles and responsibilities.

What you’ll bring

• Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) or University degree in a scientific or business field

• Relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry (prefered in the hospital market)

• Relevant experience in managing and executing multiple cross-functional initiatives at once, collaborating with local, Cluster and Global levels.

• Demonstrated experience in omnichannel marketing using innovative digital channels and platforms for communications.

• Robust knowledge of the German Healthcare System

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.

• Innovative and creative thinking and a positive mindset

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• High degree of professionalism and in accordance with the company’s code of Ethics and Business Conduct.

• Fluent in German and English
