What you'll do:

• You will drive employer branding and further develop our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to a) increase our brand awareness and optimize our company's presence and b) lead a data-driven approach to attract future Emmies
• You will lead global employer branding projects and activities in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to drive candidate attraction and engagement and to ensure that our employer brand is consistently represented
• You will track and measure the effectiveness of implemented talent acquisition / employer branding projects, and identify opportunities for further growth
• You will lead a team across our Lisbon and Frankfurt office

What you'll bring to us:

• You are passionate for Employer Branding topics and always aware of the most recent trends and initiatives.
• Several years of professional experience in Employer Branding and ideally first leadership experience .
• A structured and analytical mindset, a can-do attitude, and a get-things-done mentality.
• You have the ability to integrate specific hiring needs into creative marketing campaigns.
• You are full of creative out-of-the box ideas and always open for new unknown paths and channels.
• You have a business mindset and constantly question the status quo.
• You thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• You have great English language skills both spoken and written.
